The Summary Dashboard

How often does the data get updated?

The dashboard data gets refreshed every morning before 9AM. The live budget & spent data for today gets updated in real time.

How far back does the data go?

The dashboard displays data from the current week and the previous two full weeks. That means that on Mondays it only shows the previous two weeks as there is no data for the current week available, yet.

The Performance Report

The report data gets refreshed every morning before 9AM.

How far back does the data go?

Historical data is currently available for the last 28 days.

What do the column titles mean?

Here are the most common terms explained:

  • Main/Sub Category - The Kleinanzeigen categories for the ads as mapped & uploaded
  • Impressions - number of times the ad is shown to users
  • Clicks - number of times an ad was clicked
  • CTR - click-through rate (clicks / impressions)
  • CPC - cost per click
  • Cost - budget that was used up to generate clicks on ads
  • Search Words - what the user had search for when ads were displayed
  • ID - the ID that you, our customer, assigned to this ad in your feed
  • Impression share - the percentage of the total number of first-party ad impressions that your ads received
  • Average CPC - the overall average CPC across all first-party advertisers
  • Max CPC - the highest CPC between all first-party advertisers

The Campaigns Overview

How often does the data get updated?

The data gets updated in real time.

What do the column titles mean?

  • Name - The campaign name can be changed at any time and is only used in the Advertising Portal.
  • No. of Ads - Number of unique active ads in the feed assigned to that particular campaign.
  • Spent L7D - total € budget spent the last 7 days
  • Impressions L7D - total number of impressions the last 7 days
  • Clicks L7D - total number of clicks the last 7 days
  • CPC L7D - budget spent last 7 days divided by clicks of the last 7 days
  • Campaign Vendor ID - Unique identification of a campaign, composed of maximum 64 characters. This ID is generated within the Portal based on the campaign name, after which you can add this campaign vendor ID to an ad, to assign the ad to the campaign. Alternatively, the campaign vendor ID can be defined and set per ad in the feed, resulting in the creation of a new campaign based on the user-defined campaign vendor ID.
